Proprietatea devine unica prin amplasarea intr-o locatie exceptionala( cu incarcatura istorica, la un minut de Cazinoul din Constanta) si printr-un ambient deosebit ,oferind facilitati si servicii speciale,
Gazda dumneavoastra este incantata de alegerea facuta si incearca sa va impartaseasca toate gandurile bune si sa va ofere orice informatie de care aveti nevoie.
Aceasta zona este extrem de atractiva in orasul Constanta, iar atractiile principale si punctele de interes sunt: Piata Ovidiu , Muzeul de Istorie Nationala si Arheologie, Muzeul Marinei (Gara Maritima) ,Cazinoul din Constanta, o cladire emblematica pentru oras( obiectiv la care se lucreaza ),Plaja Modern, sporturi nautice( inclusiv scufundari), organizarea de evenimente culturale , cum ar fi concerte , spectacole de teatru sau proiectii de film in aer liber, organizarea de evenimente de divertisment pe plaja, faleza Cazinoului ,inclusiv preparate traditionale si preparate din peste si nu numai(preparate din aproape toate zonele lumii).
