Situated in the Old Town of Baia Mare, Hotel Diafan features a 600-year-old wine cellar offering a variety of Romanian wines. The restaurant serves Romanian and international cuisine and provides a unique view of the town's old centre. Nestled in a Gothic-style building, the Diafan also provides a bar equipped with a fireplace. The reception is open 24 hours a day. The spacious and modern rooms are individually colour-themed. All provide air conditioning, a minibar, free WiFi, LCD cable and Smart TV. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. Stephen's Tower (Turnul lui Stefan) is 500 metres from the property. Casa Elisabeta, dating back from 1440, is situated on the main square, Piata Libertatii, and can be reached in a few minutes' walk. The Baia Mare Train Station is 3 km away, and the airport can be reached within 9 km. Hotel Diafan offers free private parking.
