Traveling around the world, I discovered places that inspired me but I always felt that I had to create that place where I, as a founder, would like to live. A place where you don't feel homesick because it becomes home; a place where comfort is intertwined with utility and in every corner you can discover a story that creates a (al)chemistry between people with the help of specialty coffee or tea. It took 7 (hard and long) years to get here. This transformation is actually a continuation of an older tradition - my grandmother's early hospitality, right in this very spot. Here where she once welcomed guests with open arms I want to provide the setting where each guest feels they have found not just a place to stay but a soulful retreat to reflect, meditate and connect with nature. A place that abounds in moments of respite for one's own soul, with people who promote shared values, over a glass of wine, a craft beer or specialty coffee/tea 100% natural. The story continues! KaffeInn is located in the middle of Baile 1 Mai thermal water resort. Within a few steps, there are 2 spas (Allegria & Perla) and 3 pools (Aquapark Venus, Hotel Ceres and Waves), various restaurants, terraces, parks and mini markets. Just 2 min. away by car from Baile Felix where you will find several other spas (Aquapark President & Apollo). The apartments are detached with private bathrooms, WiFi, ACs and big SMART TVs. Additionally, the fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, the covered terrace, the grill area, as well as the seating area in the yard are common spaces available to all clients. Parking is free and close to the property. Celebration meals/dinners/special events can be arranged depending on guest requirements. Our Expresso breakfast (cappuccino, croissant, fruit & water) aims to help you start the positive and energized.

The Baile 1 Mai area is very quiet, made up of friendly locals and a lot of tourists, especially from the neighboring areas of the Bihor County. The area offers something for any type of client, activities can vary from such as mountain biking, trekking, off-roading, swimming, playing football, horse riding, playing golf, hunting, etc. Less than a few kilometers away is the city of Oradea which, besides the plethora of restaurants, bars and exceptional parks, offers access to a unique bit of history throughout its old center or its own fortress. One of the most famous spa in Romania is in Oradea(Aquapark Nymphaea).
