Cal saber
1. Check-in, Mandatory Guest Registration and City Tax
In accordance with Romanian law, all guests, without exception, are subject to mandatory registration before accessing the property.
The check-in and registration process is carried out exclusively through an external portal, independent from Booking.com and Airbnb, and directly connected to our internal systems.
Check-in cannot be completed via the booking platform and is considered valid only after the external procedure has been successfully completed.
For each reservation, every individual guest must provide through the external portal:
a recent and clearly recognizable selfie;
a front and back photo of a valid identity document (ID card or passport);
completion and signature of the digital guest registration form.
The registration must be completed:
no later than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time;
for last-minute bookings, immediately after booking confirmation.
City Tax
The city tax is NOT included in the booking price on Booking.com or Airbnb.
The city tax must be paid separately at the end of the check-in process via the external portal.
Payment of the city tax is mandatory by law and is a required condition for access to the property.
⚠️ In case of failure to complete registration, failure to provide documents, or failure to pay the city tax:
access to the property will be denied;
the reservation will be cancelled;
no refund will be issued, regardless of the selected rate.
2. Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out, if available, are granted only upon prior written approval and are subject to an additional fee.
Unauthorized late check-out may result in an extra night being charged.
3. Office Check-in (Optional)
If available and agreed in advance, in-person check-in at our offices is possible.
Service is optional and subject to availability;
additional cost: EUR 20 / RON 100 per reservation.
4. Number of Guests and Access
The number of guests must exactly match the number stated in the reservation and registration.
Unregistered guests are not allowed to access the property.
External visitors are not permitted, unless prior written authorization is granted.
5. Use of the Property, Guest Conduct and Right to Cancel
The property must be used exclusively for residential purposes.
It is strictly forbidden to:
organize parties or events;
create excessive noise or disturbance;
carry out illegal or unauthorized activities.
The property reserves the right to cancel the reservation or terminate the stay without refund if, before or during the stay, the guest:
behaves in an offensive, threatening, or disrespectful manner toward staff or others;
violates the house rules provided;
causes disturbance to neighbors or other guests.
6. Damages, Liability and Cleaning
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment.
Damages will be charged according to repair or replacement costs.
The apartment is delivered clean and in good condition.
In case of excessive dirt or improper use at check-out, an additional cleaning fee may be applied.
7. Smoking and Pets
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, including e-cigarettes. Violations will result in a special cleaning penalty.
Pets are not allowed, unless prior written authorization is granted.
8. Bed Linen and Towels
Bed linen and towels are provided strictly based on the number of guests indicated in the reservation and the bed configuration.
Standard set for 2 guests:
1 set of double bed linen;
1 duvet or blanket;
2 small towels;
2 large towels;
1 bath mat.
Linen is prepared in multiples of 2 guests; where single beds are present, mixed configurations may be used.
Any request for additional linen, duvets, or towels is subject to extra charges, payable in advance.
9. Apartment Equipment
Apartments are equipped with basic items, by way of example but not limited to:
cutlery;
plates;
glasses;
chairs;
pots and pans;
detergents and basic cleaning products.
Quantities are calculated based on the number of guests in the reservation.
Requests for additional equipment are subject to availability and extra costs, payable in advance.
10. Breakfast Service
When included or purchased as an extra service, breakfast is:
prepared in an external kitchen;
served directly in the apartment.
Time Slots and Booking
To guarantee the service, guests must communicate their preferred time slot in advance via the official WhatsApp number provided in the property.
Available time slots:
08:00 – 09:00
09:00 – 10:00
10:00 – 11:00
Without prior communication, the breakfast service cannot be guaranteed.
Breakfast Menu
The fixed menu includes:
croissant;
toasted bread;
jam;
Nutella;
butter;
cold cuts;
cheese;
eggs;
crenvurști (sausages).
Vegetarian and halal options are available upon advance request.
11. Personal Belongings
The property is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left unattended.
12. Force Majeure
The property is not responsible for service interruptions beyond its control (electricity, water, internet) or force majeure events.
Such events do not automatically entitle guests to refunds.
13. Personal Data Processing (GDPR)
Personal data is collected and processed solely for legal compliance, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
14. Acceptance of the Rules
By confirming the reservation, the guest declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these House Rules.

No es pot fer soroll de les 22:00:00 a les 08:00:00.
Els clients rebran un contracte de lloguer que han de firmar i tornar a l'allotjament abans d'arribar. Si els clients no el reben a temps, han de contactar amb l'empresa de gestió d'allotjaments a través del número que apareix a la confirmació de la reserva.
Els menors de 18 anys només poden fer el check-in acompanyats d'un progenitor o tutor legal.
