Principia Apartments is located in the city of Turda, in a historical monument building dating from 1908. It is located in the old city center, near the old walls of the Potaissa fortress, near the Reformed Church and the Princely Palace. Over time, several types of activities took place in the building, from the tannery, to the production of alcohol and residential spaces.
Principia Apartments relies on the concept of "self sustained green house", built of eco-friendly materials, in which wood and Scandinavian style predominate. The energy consumed is produced "in house" with the help of photovoltaic and solar panels.
