The apartment is located in the Weiss palace, built in 1912, is found at the beginning of the Republicii Boulevard. From here begins the promenade. The building was planned by the Arnold Merbl Co. firm and the gable by Laszlo Szekely. The Weiss family had several famous personalities in Timișoara, doctors, industrialists, enterprising, and the construction of this building with rentable apartments was a profitable business. Although the entrance is on the St. Ioan Street, the primal gable is on the theater side. The ground floor serves as commercial area. As for our apartment, you can choose any of the two fully furnished bedrooms or both of them (so you can have the full 170 sqm property just for you) depending on availability , the rate listed is per person per night . The common space will be a modern kitchen , European wood cabinetry fitted with all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. The property has a chique balcony with direct view to The Opera Square and one of the few and most beautiful working antique elevators in town which has been recently restored
