Bohemian is located at the very very city center, just 100 m from the Republic Square and at the beginning of the famous bohemian quarter "Skadarlija". Staying at "Bohemian" will connect you to the downtown area and the city pulse. May Bohemian be occupied please check Fortress 1, the BdC 2024 Traveler Review Award Winner, at the very pedestrian area and Kalamegdan Fortress. Apartment which dates from late '30, with 3+m high ceilings and epoch interior has been fully renovated in Aug 2023, but we have tried to preserve a bit of "tempi passati" scent though. With the overall area of more than 90 sqm, and rooms each exceeding 20 sqm, it offers a bedroom with a king size double bed, living room with convertible 1.6 m wide sofa and a working corner, dinning room and kitchen as well as the spacious inner yard oriented covered terrace and a street oriented balcony. Bathroom has a comfortable standing bath. There is also a baby fenced bed. Apartment is at the 1st floor, the elevator is operable. Apartment is not pet friendly.
Hospitality has always attracted us and what we do is not only that we rent premises but we try to be at our quest disposal for any and every need. This could be one of the reasons we have got Booking's 2023 and 2024 Annual Reward for Fortress 1, an another apartment of ours as well as the same award for Bohemian!
Bohemian is at the walking distance from many of the governmental institutions - ministries, courts, parliament or agencies and just10 min with taxi to business centers at Novi Beograd. It is also neighboring the Bohemian Quarter crowded with kafana (traditional Serbian restaurant) with live music , restaurants, bars & cafés, many of them hosted famous writers, poets, actors and bohems of all kinds throughout more than 150 years. Probably the most popular Belgrade landmark, a Kalemegdan Park & Fortress is just 700m away, right through the heart of the pedestrian zone. In a brief, a city center will be at your palms!
