Objekat se nalazi u mirnom i veoma lepom delu grada , u blizini se nalazi nekoliko restorana na par minuta hoda , mini-market udaljen 50 m , hotel Morava udaljen 300 metara , gradska plaza na reci Morava i ostali sadrzaji na 7-8 minuta hoda.Studio se nalazi u prizemlju objekta i predvidjen prostor za parking se nalazi tacno ispred.
Miran i veoma siguran kraj , svuda se moze ici peske.
