THE APARTMENT IS READY AND CAN BE RENT, EVERYTHING IS WORKING, BUT WE WANT TO MAKE IT LOOK STILL A BETTER PLACE, THE NICE PICTURES ARE COMING REALLY SOON. THATS IS WHY WE ARE PUTTING LOW PRICES. THANK YOU. The apartment is right in the center of the city. It is composed of one nice entry with one great open space, wide kitchen, a dinning room and a living room. There is also one bedroom separated and one bathroom with Italian shower cabin. You are welcome to use the Wifi, air-condition and all the facilities you need to have a nice moment in this apartment.

I already got some others apartment I rent, and I pay a lot of attention on the service and think that the cleaning part, in this business, is the key to the good service we are providing. I am also a recognised handcraft tailor, so if you need a suit or any other wardrobe, you can always ask me, it would be my pleasure to help you in any sort.
The quarter where the apartment is located is really nice and offer a multitude of bars, restaurant and attraction in the same center. Our apartment is just next to one of the most renowned restaurant, Kalimero, where you can eat like nowhere. You will also find a lot of small snacks, supermarket. pharmacy and the most important, the apartment is only a few walks from the most renowned fruit and vegetable market in the city.
