The building is located in a residential area near the city center. They are easily accessible to the contents that may be needed during a short stay in Šabac. The building has an elevator, it is located on the sixth floor of the building, with a great view of the city panorama. The terrace is spacious, suitable for rest and enjoyment.
Only 50 meters from the building is the city stadium, TC Roda, a cafe with a playroom for children, a butcher, a bakery, a hospital and several small markets. Also, the building is located within the Trkalilište complex, with several hectares of green space, a playground for children, and jogging and recreation trails.
