Reservations made without a credit card or with an invalid credit card must be re-confirmed with the hotel. The hotel maintains the right to cancel the reservation at any time after 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. The hotel shall not be held liable for the non-availability.

Starting from January 2025, we will be doing some hotel and suite restoration and maintenance work. During these times, there may be noise on the hotel grounds. Please inform Dar Al Iman InterContinental, an IHG Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of SAR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. "Please note that any credit card used for either pre-payment or charges on-site must be in the name of the guest and the same card must be presented for verification upon check-in. If the guest is not the cardholder or if the credit card used is not provided at the time of check-in, the guest must provide alternate payment arrangements. The hotel cannot honor any past (prepayments, deposits etc.) or future payments without presenting the credit card and the cardholder's authorization. The hotel reserves the right to reject the booking due to noncompliance of these requirements."

Mangyaring ipagbigay-alam sa InterContinental Dar Al Iman Madinah by IHG nang maaga ang iyong inaasahang oras ng pagdating. Maaari mong gamitin ang Special Request box habang nagbu-book, o makipag-ugnayan mismo sa property gamit ang mga detalyeng makikita sa confirmation mo.

Kailangang magbayad sa pamamagitan ng bangko bago ang check-in. Makikipag-ugnayan sa iyo ang accommodation pagkatapos mong mag-book para magbigay ng instructions.

Kailangan ng damage deposit na SAR 500 sa pagdating. Kukunin ito sa pamamagitan ng credit card. Makukuha mo ang reimbursement sa loob ng 7 araw pagkatapos ng check out. Ire-refund nang buo ang deposit mo sa pamamagitan ng credit card, pagkatapos na mag-inspect ng accommodation mo.
