Forest Lodge is located in Bel Ombre and a 15-minute walk away from Beau Vallon Beach. The property has a garden, BBQ facilities and a restaurant. Free WiFi is available. The property is located in a forestry surrounding and offers peace and quiet and yet within walking distance to the most popular beach of the island the Beau Vallon Beach.
However, closer to Forest lodge is a small beach, the Marie-Laure which is unique and a couple may have it to them selves during week days.
We have recently upgraded our wifi and now have fast internet service in all the rooms with telephones which Guests can use with unlimited local calls. With the upgrade we now have better cable tv with some of the channels in different languages.
Stephen is the co-owner of the Guest House and lives next door. His wife Annia is a doctor by profession is can always assists our guests in case of need.
Forest Lodge Guest House, as its name indicates, is in a forestry environment and is surrounded by greenery with many birds in the area. It is the place for you to relax and enjoy nature. Yet you are close to Marie Laure beach, 7 minutes walk, and many of our guest who have been there told us that they had the beach to themselves and enjoyed it so much. Beau Vallon, the most popular beach is also within walking distance, !5 minutes and every Wednesday evening there are activities there which visitors to the island can enjoy. Stephen. our Manager is there to give you personalise attention and advice you the best place of the island to visit if you want to do some exploration.
