Mirella, I was born on Praslin, moved the US for 30 years and have now lived on Praslin for the past two years. I am a house wife and I own and work in Mirella's Grocery and Boutique, the Mirella Villa and the Mirella Villa One. I married my soul mate, Jerry Ronnie Gray in 2001. Ronnie is a retired US Army Officer who served over 33 years. He was a Senior Army Aviator, Master Fitness Trainer, Pathfinder with jump wings. Ronnie graduated from the University of Mississippi with a bachelor in business administration We have one daughter, Avril who is is a US Army Soldier. We love to meet new people. My husband enjoys telling all the guests about the special areas of Praslin and the Seychelles Islands. We spend time with the guests so that we can show them every opportunity that they desire. I enjoy taking caring for all of my animals. We have 3 friendly dogs, 1 cat, a giant tortoise, 2 rosters, 5 chickens. Walking through the gardens is refreshing for us. We have planted every tree that bears fruit on our estate. We are planting every flower that grows on Praslin because we just love flowers and fruits! We are a loving, caring family.

Words cannot describe how beautiful and special are the sea views, flowers, gardens, fruit trees and mountain views of the Mirella Villa. The marine park sea constantly changes color during the day and the moon provides a fantastic glow throughout the property at night. The islands of Curiouse and Aried can be seen out in the sea and they provide the best of contrast and colors from the sea below them. Fruit such as mango, passion fruit, guava, star fruit, korsole, bread fruit, kasue, bananas, lime, jamalac, pawpaw, tall agatie, lemon, jack fruit, bilimbe trees grow throughout the property. Pumkin, lettus, pepper, watermelon and spices grow in a special garden. A stream provides a soothing trickle of water over a reservoir close to the Mirella Villa. The waves coming from the sea to the beach can be heard day and night. Birds sing throughout the day and sometimes you get to see the rare Black Parrot. Two giant tortoises asked for you to give then a piece of fruit each evening. Relaxing in paradise at the Mirella villa will refresh and provide a new appreciation for the beauty of life. Sitting on the veranda with all the beautiful views and fresh air restores peace of mind

Almost everyone is related at Anse Possession. Friends and family gather daily at the beach to chat and enjoy the beautiful beach, sea and the islands of Curieuse and Aride. Many times the local fisherman will gather on the beach and show everyone their catch of the day. Beautiful boats gently float on the water and fruit bats can be seen around sunset as they travel to their favorite fruit tree to eat. Waves constantly roll into the shore providing that timeless sound that we all love. Often you can see fish jumping and moving through the water. Sunrise and sunset bring you to a world that only the island of Praslin can provide. It is fun to walk the road and see all the plants and trees. Coconuts hang from the trees everywhere on the beach. Everyone is friendly, ready to lend a helping hand or offer advise on the secrets that Praslin provides. Praslin and especially Anse Possession is really another world covered with green vegetation, mountains, flowers, trees, beautiful seas with coves and other islands.
