Welcome to Fryksås Chalet Fryksås Chalet is a premium cabin of 150 square meters with generous living areas with a high cozy factor. The floors in the kitchen and bathroom are in Älvdalskvarsit. The cottage has 8 beds in four bedrooms. The cottage has amenities such as: - Large fireplace in the living room next to the spacious sofa group - Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, induction cooker, coffee maker and kettle. - Dining area for 10 people - 2 bathrooms, one with a wooden bathtub and sauna, the other with a shower. - 3 bedrooms and a sleeping loft - Yoga loft above the living room, with two single beds - Balcony with a beautiful view - Outdoor jacuzzi - outdoor cross-country ski storage - Wi-Fi - Sonos speakers in several rooms to connect with your phone - Washing machine - High chair and travel cot for children Entrance floor When you step into Fryksås Chalet, you are surrounded by light pine and shiny Älvdal quartzite. Bathroom with genuine wooden bathtub, shower, sauna and washing machine. The house is built in an L shape and to the left seen from the hall is a separate department with a door from inside the kitchen. Two steps down and you have a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe, desk and exit to the garden. - Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160 cm) - Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed (90 cm) The kitchen is well equipped with a rustic dining area that can accommodate many people. One step up from the kitchen you reach the living room. Bright and lovely space furnished with a large sofa group in front of the fireplace. From the living room you also reach the balcony with the outdoor jacuzzi and a fantastic view. Inside the living room is an additional bedroom with two single beds. - Bedroom 3 has two single beds (90 cm) Up one flight of stairs you reach the yoga loft, harmoniously furnished for a yoga session. There are also two single beds here, so the loft can also be used as a bedroom.

Fryksås is a perfect place to refuel. The nature that Fryksås has to offer is good for mind, body and soul. In addition to all this, there are trails for both cycling and hiking, for cross-country skiing in the winter and plenty of places for outdoor cooking. Regardless of the purpose, a visit to Fryksås will be a memory for life. Fryksås is located 13 km north of Orsa and is an old farm embankment. The village is 503 meters above sea level and offers a magnificent view of the Siljan region. It's almost like going back in time when you come to Fryksås, with its dirt roads and wooden cabins. The village is surrounded by wild nature with paths and tracks and cross-country skiing tracks in winter. 2 km through the forest you reach Orsa Grönklitt, which is a larger facility with summer and winter activities. In Orsa Grönklitt there is also a convenience store, restaurant, ski slopes and cross-country trails. In the summer you can hike, rent a canoe, cycle, ride high-altitude tracks and swim here. 9 km from Fryksås is the village of Hansjö with its own dairy and farm shop. In the building next to the dairy is Hansjö lanthandel, which is an interior design store with new and old. Hansjö lanthandel also has a café. GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING The cabin is a self-catering cabin, so guests bring their own consumables such as toilet paper, spices, oil, baking paper, etc. Electric car: There is no electric car charging station at the cottage and it is not permitted to charge from a regular electrical outlet. The nearest electric car charging station is in Grönklitt, 5 minutes away.
