Welcome to this bright and spacious villa, located just a five-minute walk from the sparkling Gulf of Bothnia in beautiful Ljusne. Here you live in a quiet villa area with proximity to nature, sea and tranquility - a perfect place to relax, socialize and enjoy life. The villa is spread over two floors and has five bedrooms, all furnished with comfortable double beds - plenty of space for family and friends. On the upper floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook all of the day's meals, as well as a dining table for shared moments. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, three bedrooms and a large living room with a sofa group, TV and another dining area. From the living room you can go out to one of the house's verandas - a perfect place for morning coffee in the sun. On the lower floor you will find two more bedrooms and a toilet with shower. There is also a large living room with a sofa group and football game - perfect for game nights or just relaxing. From this level you reach the house's second patio where you can light the grill and enjoy the summer evenings in peace. The house also has a laundry room and a garage with an electric car charger. Just a stone's throw away awaits Ljusne havsbad - a shallow sandy beach and clear water. Both families with children and sun worshippers enjoy themselves here, while the more adventurous can dive from the cliffs or discover small coves along the coast. In the evenings the sunset spreads over the sea - perfect for a picnic or a quiet moment on the beach. The area also has beautiful forest paths to walk or cycle along, and for those interested in fishing, Ljusnan - with its fine salmon fishing - is only a few minutes away. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
