Cozy house adjacent to forest area in beautiful Sandviken. Within walking distance to the white, long sandy beach with newly opened Strandcafé, pub evenings and ice cream kiosk. In a popular summer cottage area on Listerlandet is this well-preserved house with entrance through the glazed conservatory. Small hall with somewhat steep stairs to the upper floor with four beds divided into two rooms. Downstairs with the kitchen in the middle of the house, everyone has opportunities for self-catering and a dining table to gather around. In addition, high chair available. The living room with another single bed and armchairs in front of the TV creates community and relaxation. The spacious and fresh bathroom with shower has an entrance from the kitchen. In the garden, there is space for play and activities, outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill available. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable. If you are traveling to Sweden or Norway, services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other cannot be ordered.
