Welcome to this fresh and stylish cottage in a fantastic location with only about 200 meters to a child-friendly shallow sandy beach and bathing jetty! Perfectly located in Gislövs Strandmark, a quiet and scenic residential and cottage area just outside Trelleborg. The cottage is newly renovated with tasteful furnishings and with a large amount of light thanks to its large windows. The cottage is on one floor with three bedrooms, large living room with stove and a real dining table for a large party, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms each with shower and washer and dryer. The garden of its approximately 800 sqm has both a swing set and a trampoline for the family with children. On the solid wooden deck that goes around one part of the house, you can take a rest in the sun loungers, grill and set the table for food and drink for several people. Space for parking for two cars next to the house, access to two bicycles and summer toys for the playful. The cottage is easily accessible with only 39 km (about 35 minutes drive) from the Öresund Bridge and with 10 minutes drive to Trelleborg where you will find all facilities such as cafes, restaurants, supermarket, shopping, trains, ferries, tourist office etc. In the village of Gislöv about 2 km away there is the nearest grocery store and pizzeria and in Gislöv's small cozy harbor with boat dock you can enjoy a cooling ice cream or coffee from the café and look out over the sea. You are right at Sweden's southernmost point, close to Ystad, beautiful Österlen and at a reasonable distance to many wonderful excursion places. For the golfer who wants to swing his clubs, Beddinge Golf Club with its 18 holes is only about 10 km away. Welcome to a fresh cottage in one of the best locations!

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
