Welcome to our home! We have fallen in love with Nusnäs and want to share this wonderful little village. Stay one or more nights in our guest rooms in our Bed and Breakfast. Our house and garden is open all year, and we welcome new and old friends and visitors to explore Nusnäs and Dalarna. About the property The house is kept in the 1960-s style it was built in, paying homage to the design and architecture of time. Three guest rooms with space for two guests in each room are located on the main floor, as well a a bathroom with a shower and a living room with a fireplace that may be used by our guests. There is a kitchen on the main floor where breakfast and other meals are served by the hosts. Please check with the hosts before using the kitchen between meals. In the basement you will find a cleaning room with a washing machine, as well as a well equipped gym and a "spa". A separate toilet is also available. Outside the house is a large garden with multiple seating arrangements and and BBQ options. The garden comes with many plants, including berries and fruits. If they are ripe when you visit, feel free to enjoy! A designated parking for 4 or more cars is found in front of the main barn (see picctures). It is also possible to drive almost to the door if you have heavy luggage. The propperty is going through modernisation and upgrades, so part of the house may be closed off during your visit. We appologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay (we do our best to minimise work when there are guests in the house!) About the stay We offer breakfast as part of your stay. Please let us know of dietary requirements in advance. Bed linen and towels are provided. We live and work around the house, and will be around to give advise and help. Please note that we keep cats. If you have allergies, you may not find our place comfortable.

We enjoy living on the Swedish countryside, where we garden, go foraging and fishing in the forest, and make feasts for our friends.

Situated in the middle of the Nusnäs village, surrounded by traditional farm houses! 5 minutes walk to Siljan, where you can swim, boat and fish. Short walk to the Dalahästen outlet and shops. Large outdoor area with with free parking. Nusnäs is a locality situated in Mora Municipality, Dalarna County, Sweden with 729 inhabitants in 2010.[1] It is also a notable producer of Dalarna Horses (from Wikipedia). In Mora you will find museums, shopping, crafts and a variety of good restaurants. A car or motorcycle is recommended to get around in the area, but there is also bus service to Mora several times a day. If you travel by train, we may be able to organize transport to/from the station in Mora. Bicycling and walking are nice activities. There is also the option to bring a boat and sail on Siljan. We welcome bikers - in fact we are bikers: Kai is an avid adventure traveler and may provide you with suggestions and tracks.
