Welcome to a romantic get-away close to Gothenburg The artist Gunnar Eriksson's modest villa is located in a scenic setting. From the outside, it looks like an ordinary 1940s house, but when you enter, you are immediately struck by Gunnar's artistic life. With stucco, cornices, art and antique furniture, you are transported from our stressful 2000s to a quiet and beautiful place where you have plenty of time to socialize and enjoy each other's company and beautiful art and nature. A perfect romantic get-away. Guests are greeted with some bubbly and something sweet on arrival. If you want any extra surprise such as a dinner on arrival or flowers to surprise your partner with, please contact me. The accommodation is 100% non-smoking. Pets are welcome. 1-3 persons. Hello and welcome to my home. Gunnar was my father and I want to share his sense of humor, his art and the beautiful home he has created with you. I live in the basement but I'm rarely home and your accomondation and mine are separated from each other but I hope to see you out in the garden. You will probably find me weeding in a flower bed or arguing with the deer that eat my flowers.

The house is located in a safe and quiet area with a large garden that you are free to enjoy. However, Gothenburg is only 15 minutes away for those who want to enjoy the city's attractions. Landvetter Airport is just 20 minutes in the other direction. The house is next door to a brand new nature reserve (Hårssjön-Rambo mosse nature reserve) as well as several other nature reserves in Härryda Municipality. The surrounding area offers a lot to do such as canoeing, golf, horseback riding, hiking, photography, bird watching, swimming and more. If you are more interested in culture, there is castles, mansions, homesteads and fantastic food e.g. at our Michelin award-winning restaurant Signum that just got it's second star.
