New built lovely house in the center of Höganäs. Here you got a good starting point and closeness to the entire Kullabygden.
A short walk to the beach, close to many shops, farm shops, restaurants, cozy cafes, golf courses, skatepark and more.
The house has an area of 130 m2 in a very open floor plan. You can find two bedrooms upstairs. One bed in each bedroom. Downstairs: one bedroom with king size bed, living room, a well equipped kitchen with dining area and a large bathroom. New equipment and machines. The tenants have their own large wooden deck. Seclusion with peace and quiet is guaranteed.
