IMPORTANT NOTICE: As the hotel is located airside in the Restricted/Transit area, transit travelers must NOT clear immigration or customs. This means that guests must be in transit—traveling to another country via Singapore—without passing through Singapore's arrival immigration. Once immigration/customs is cleared, reentry into the transit area will not be permitted until the airline counter opens before departure. For departing passengers from the city, please note that most airline check-in counters open only 3 hours before departure. Access to the transit area is not allowed earlier unless your airline provides early check-in services. If you need assistance upon arrival, our 24-hour front desk is available to guide you on luggage collection, onward boarding passes, and reentering the transit area.
