The name of the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the name of the guest staying at the property; otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Kindly note that the Hotel prohibits smoking or vaping on the property premises, including guest rooms, restaurants and event spaces, except for designated smoking areas. Should there be signs of smoking or vaping inside the guest rooms(s), the Hotel reserves the right to charge the room guest(s) for the cleaning fees.

In line with our commitment to enhance facilities and improve your stay experience, there will be on-going refurbishment works at the hotel’s Mayfair wing from 25 August 2025 to 10 February 2026. While we strive to minimize disturbances during this period, please note that you may experience occasional noise.
