From 28 February 2022, Heritage Collection on Chinatown will be activating its mobile self check-in process! Here are some important information to note before you book: -All staying guests must have a valid credit/debit card to be issued a mobile key. -A valid passport is required to complete your pre-arrival registration form and for verification upon check-in. -Complete check in process will be shared via email upon completing your booking. The property only accepts Passport ID as a valid identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This is a non-smoking premise. A fine of SGD1000 will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking. The Management reserves the right to forfeit the full deposit and impose eviction and/or charge on the credit/debit card provided. We highly recommend that your own suitable travel insurance is in place at the time of booking.
