We offer 5 different suites, each of which is named after our 5 grandchildren, differing in size and story. Each room thus has its own character, which is reflected in the colours of the suite. Chalet Sofija's location will surprise every guest, as it is located in the small mountain village of Srednji vrh, just 5 km from Kranjska Gora. The location allows you to walk from the hotel to the nearby ferrata Hvadnik or Jermn, or take a longer hiking tour to Blenkova planina or Trupejevo poldne. All the time, you will stay by us, you have views of the peaks of the Martuljek Mountain Chain. Every evening, you can also listen to the sound of the Martuljek waterfalls, which are located on the other side of the Upper Sava Valley. If you're tempted, you can reach the entire area of the Julian Alps within an hour's drive. We can take you through the Radovna Valley to Lake Bled or Lake Bohinj. On the way back, there is also a nice stop at Pokljuka, which is the starting point for the fairytale shepherd mountain Zajamniki. You can discover the Soča Valley through the Vršič Pass, with its smarmingly clear river, or take a longer trip through Goriška Brda to Slovenian coastal towns.
