Our company “Kino Svečina” was established in 1995. The two brothers that make great stories in this part of the country can make your stay even more enjoyable.

Our house has a rich history. There was a carpenter’s workshop in this house run by our grandfather. Later the two brothers established a film production company and the rooms were used for a film studio where more than 100 documentaries were created.

World-famous road that runs through the vineyards of the Špičnik slopes, when viewed from under the statue of St. George, it is drawn as the Heart among the vineyards. This is one of the most photographed panorama and it symbolises the love for nature and wine making.
The village Svečina with more than 800 years old history known for its excellent white wines lies in the western part of the Slovenian Hills at the Austrian border. It is a part of Kungota municipality with around 5.000 people in total and covering 49 square kilometres of wonderful vineyard hills and valleys perfect for nature lovers. Several hiking and cycling routes can take you to the most peaceful places and offer you breath-taking environment. More than fifteen wine producers can spoil you with their wines of the highest quality, as well as with homemade food.
