Owners occupy the main house two to three times per year. Bedrooms are detached from main house with covered roofed patio with hammocks. No indoor common areas to share. The caretaker lives on the property with one dog. Two bedrooms have garden and pool view, and the middle bedroom has garden view only. All rooms have A/C. One shared full bathroom with cold/hot water. Our outdoor pool has several water features such as infinity edge with catch basin, raised wall with waterfall bowls, tanning ledge with loungers and swim up bar with stools. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse before swimming (cold water only). Shared outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink, stove top, coffee maker, and coffee cups. There is also an area available for dining near the pool.
