This home is conveniently located in the district of Colebay and is part of the recently completed Rose Diamond development project. The area is close to everything but away from all the noise and bustling of the Colebay district making it an ideal vacation spot!
As you step into this beautiful home, you'll be greeted by a spacious open-concept living area and kitchen on the ground floor. The space is adorned with modern furniture, offering a stylish and comfortable place to unwind after a day of exploring the island. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, making it a breeze to whip up delicious meals. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or simply prefer the convenience of home-cooked meals while on vacation, you'll find everything you need here.
On the second floor, you'll discover three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. Two additional bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. With plush bedding, sufficient space and simple but tasteful decor, these bedrooms are true havens of relaxation.
Colebay is the third largest district on the island and is centrally located with Simpsonbay, Philipsburg and the French side all being between 10 to 15 minutes away. Colebay is a bustling area with many active businesses, grocery stores and various types of restaurants.
Driving on the island is very straightforward so renting a vehicle would be a great option.
