Want to life a sunny vacation in the beautiful Caribbean Island of St. Maarten, 15 minutes near the beaches and the center of Philipsburg. With unrivaled point-blank views of the Caribbean Sea, set within a meticulously renovated old villa in a quiet residential area, this fully furnished one bedroom apartment is a rare gem. Including Wi-Fi, A/C and the bedroom is appointed with a built-in closet. Present is the outside porch with stunning ocean views and a unique cruise ships vista. Other things to note This is a new 1 bedroom apartment and well appointed and located in a scenic and quiet area of St Maarten and in close proximity to the Devil's Cupper trailhead, which provides access to the natural pool also known as the Devil's Cupper.
Rosi is a warm and experienced host, fluent in French, English, Italian and Spanish.
It is a quiet residential area, with all you need just minutes away.
