When you stay with us, you get to experience the luxurious island of Turks & Caicos without the luxury rates of most accommodations in the area. The closest beach access is a peaceful <10 minute stroll and is at the West end of the #1 ranked beach in the world-Grace Bay Beach. Central Grace Bay is a <10 min drive where you'll find many shops, restaurants and luxury resorts. Most of these beautiful resorts allow you to dine at their world class restaurants and sip cocktails at their relaxing beach side lounges. Dining reservations are recommended even in low season. We recommend renting a car no matter where you choose to stay on the island because there’re so many beautiful beaches to visit, and delicious local cuisine to eat all over the island. It's a small island so nothing is more than 15 mins away. Our condo in Turtle Cove is a welcomed relaxing experience from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay. If you're looking for total relaxation and a virtual private beach, this’s the place for you and will be a vacation you will never forget! Important: Please note you’re renting in the private residence section of the resort, with full access to all resort amenities. Fresh towels and linens are provided for every stay; however, they are not changed daily and daily housekeeping is not available. For stays of 1 week or longer, a mid-week cleaning service can be arranged upon request. At arrival, you’ll find a small welcome supply of basics designed to last a day or 2 (water, coffee and toilet paper). For the rest of your stay, additional supplies should be purchased at the local IGA (5 min drive) according to your own needs and preferences

It is walking distance to 3 of the more popular restaurants on the island as well as the top snorkelling location -- Smith's Reef. The closest beach access is walking distance and is at the West end of the #1 ranked beach in the world - Grace Bay Beach. Central Grace Bay is a 10 min drive. Two pools (one heated) are on the upper level (accessible by stairs) with STUNNING panoramic ocean views.
