The legal venue for any and all matters shall be in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Hollywood Beach Suites is not responsible for: any accidents, injuries or illness which may occur while on Hollywood Beach Suites premises or in the Turks and Caicos Islands, nor for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this Agreement, it is agreed that Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm that may arise to themselves or to others whom they invite.
You agree to all the terms of this Agreement, as evidenced by your acceptance during the on-line booking confirmation process from your specific computer IP address.
