The owner Patricia lives on the premises in the event you need any immediate assistance regarding something on the property or recommendations about the island, she is there. Health and Safety Requirements: in all Turks and Caicos properties, effective May 1, 2022: All visitors 18 years of age and over and returning TCI residents must show proof of vaccination. TCI Assured Portal, Insurance, and health tests are no longer required. There is a security camera monitoring the public street entrance gate which will show whenever any of the guests drive out and get back in. The owner lives next door, so this camera is actually attached to the owner's home. Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.
