Our spectacular property in the Turks and Caicos Islands is reminiscent of the Grand Villas of the Italian and French Riviera. We are located directly on the internationally renowned Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales. Villa Renaissance’s Turks and Caicos boutique villas include 28 luxurious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom beachfront suites and 4 charming poolside suites, Villa Renaissance offers a quiet tranquil setting for the perfect vacation.
Throughout our Villa Renaissance boutique villas, Italian style architecture inter-plays with the natural environment. The Pavilion and reception areas lead to the courtyard pool with its shady walkways, charming cottages and long, elegant and highly inviting mosaic pool. A central archway within the center of the building emerges onto the beach boardwalk and endless splendor of Grace Bay Beach.
Suites ocean front in the main villa are housed in a 4 story building & each suite is accessible from semi-private elevators. All suites offer expansive ocean frontages from romantic Juliet balconies. Air conditioned interiors offer full modern kitchens featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, separate dining and living areas, DVD players.

Property offers pack-n-plays as well as high chairs available for the guests (Subject to availability).
A 60-day notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 45-60 days ahead of scheduled arrival date will forfeit 50% of the total rental amount of stay. Cancellations made less than 45 days in advance will forfeit the entire rental amount.
Exception: Christmas and New Year’s holiday period: 7-night minimum stay, 50% deposit, full payment due by 10/1, cancellation no later than 9/30.

PLEASE NOTE: Villa Renaissance will be restoring/modifying/safety upgrading all ocean front elevators in June/July 2025.
Elevators 1&2 (west end of the ocean front building) will have these works done beginning June 1st, 2025 and will take 2-4 weeks to complete.
These elevators service Villas 101, 102, 103, 104, 201, 202, 203, 204, 301, 302, 303, 304, 401 and 402.
Elevators 3&4 (east end of the ocean front building) will have these works done beginning approximately June 21st, 2025 or as soon as elevators 1&2 works are completed.
These elevators service Villas 105, 106, 107, 108, 205, 206, 207, 208, 305, 306, 307, 308, 403 and 404.
We will remain open but there will be no elevator service to these villas and some construction noise from 9am-5pm.
Our Bellman is happy to assist with luggage and your belongings.
