Modern yet affordable, 7Q Resident is located in the heart of Patong, just 2 minutes' walk from Patong Beach. Aside from an infinity pool, it also has free Wi-Fi and parking. 7Q Resident is a 45-minute drive from Phuket International Airport. Jungceylon Shopping Centre and nightlife options at Soi Bangla are a 5-minute drive from the hotel. Fully air-conditioned, the stylish rooms at 7Q are fitted with a flat-screen cable TV and DVD player. Each also comes with a personal safe and tea/coffee making facilities. The tour desk helps guests with travel arrangements. Car rental and chargeable shuttle services make it easy to get around Phuket. Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation.
From now until October 2025, Hotel allowed early check-in from 12.00 (Noon) on the arrival day. And the late check out until 14.00 hrs. on the day of departure. Please note that both early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability.
Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. For the cardholder's protection, If the cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card and the pre-payment will be credited back to the original card.
A damage deposit of THB 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guest may experience some noise or light disturbances from 30/05/2025 - 30/06/2025 at 08:00 to 17:00
