Due to our eco-friendly policy : - For a stay of 10 days, clean towels on the 5th day - For a stay of 15 days or more, clean laundry (towels, bedsheets...) every 7 days Additional charges may apply if more frequent changes are needed: - bedsheets 200thb and towels 200thb. This is a tropical zone, it is commun to see insects, reptiles, frogs, chicken, dogs, cats… please do not be scared about them as they are all part of an ecosystem and we will not remove nor kill living animals, we need to respect them. DG House is composed with 7 enchanting houses in a nice and vast well-maintained tropical garden with shared swimming-pool. Each house has its own cozy decoration. The land is in a quiet and peaceful area next to Tong Sala (the main town of the island). In each houses, you have : - Open equipped kitchen (fridge, micro-wave oven, gaz-stove, kettle, all needed to cook and serve). - Living-room (fine furniture, national cable HD TV). - Nice bedroom with real King size bed, blackout curtains, Air Conditionning, wardrobe, hangers. - Bathroom with WC and shower (hot water). - Fine terrasse with table and couch. - WIFI Fast Fiber Optic 200M. - Shared swimming-pool (size 8x4 meters). Living the island life... with style & comfort ! Central location, easy to go anywhere on the island, next to all facilities (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...), Thong Sala and beach are 5min walk from the property. DG House is not closed to the main road, thus you will not be disturb by important traffic noise. Easy access to the house (flat concrete road).

The house is easy to find, it is located behind Tong Sala. Next to all facilities, such as supermarkets (family mart, 7/11, Tesco...), restaurants and shops (Tong Sala, the main village of the island is 2 min drive from the house). The land is NOT closed to the main road, it is a quiet and peacefull place. The access to the land is flat and easy, with a concrete small road. The location of DG House is very central, you can go anywhere on the island in minutes: 7min drive from Hin Kong, 10 min from Sri Thanu, 20min from North Chaloklum, 10min from Bantai, 20min from South Haad Rin. Note Any problems or complaints that occur during the rental period should be discussed with us. We will rectify the situation to the best of our professional ability. We cannot be held liable for issues such as interruptions to water supply, electricity, Internet connection. We will do everything within reasonable expectation to avoid complaints in the first place, and it should be understood that when staying in a less developed and remote resort location, the infrastructure, local standards, and conditions are typically less developed than in urban environments.
