Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking-in at the hotel. Credit card will be pre-authorized prior to arrival for all policy types.

Cardholder name must also match with guest’s identification document or guest may be asked to pay with alternative method.

Please note that a compulsory extra charge for a child's breakfast between the age of 6 – 11 years at THB 400 per child per day is apply when sharing bed with their parent.

Please note that a maximum number of 1 extra bed (additional charge applies) can be added only to the following room types:

- Grand Deluxe Double or Twin Room

- Grand Suite Double Room

Please note that all rooms are non-smoking rooms. However, the hotel provides smoking areas at facilities floor and outside hotel lobby.

Early Departures: In case of an Early Departures happens after Check-in formalities have been completed, the Hotel have the right to charge for the full duration of the reserved stay according to the booking.

Kailangan ng damage deposit na THB 3,000 sa pagdating. Kukunin ito sa pamamagitan ng credit card. Makukuha mo ang reimbursement sa loob ng 14 araw pagkatapos ng check out. Ire-refund nang buo ang deposit mo sa pamamagitan ng credit card, pagkatapos na mag-inspect ng accommodation mo.
