This was my family's own property which is now in my care. A four stories commercial building I turned into a SELF SERVICE boarding house with the upcoming trend of digital nomads and contactless hospitality. It has an incredible good location!! Walking distance to all tourist spots in town.
I work in 3 cities so I always travel back and forth. However, Chiangrai is my hometown and I always have someone help me out. I'm an experienced host working on this field for 10 years manage up to 5 listings in Bangkok. My goal is to help you have a safe comfortable and affordable stay in Chiangrai.
Phahonyothin is one of the oldest street of Chaingrai. History happened here, such as the clock tower or the 19th century Church. You can be sure that you are on the most happening street in Chiangrai however my place locates on the north end of the street near school, park and temple so it is surprisingly quiet than other sides.
