A prepayment deposit via payment gateway or bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide further instructions. Credit card information added during your booking process will be used as a guarantee.

Please note that room rates include a round-trip shuttle boat transfer between Jadet Pier (the hotel's pier on the mainland) and Ko Samet.

The shuttle boat schedule is as follows:

- From Jadet Pier (Ban Phe in the mainland) to Na Dan Pier (Koh Samet): 14:00 and 17:00

- From Na Dan Pier (Ko Samet) to Jadet Pier (mainland): 11:00 and 13:00

Guests are advised to look out for Jadet Pier when arriving at the pier on the mainland.

Kindly be at Jadet Pier 30 minutes before departure time. Guests who are unable to accommodate the boat shuttle schedule will have to hire a private speed boat at THB 3000 per boat, per trip (maximum 6 persons). Please contact the hotel before the check-in date.

Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name. Please also be informed that the property will strictly not allow guests to check in if the holder's name of the credit card used during booking is different from the guest's name.

If the guest does not bring the credit card used during the booking, he/she will be required to pay the full amount again at the front desk. The total amount that was previously deducted from the credit card used during the booking will be refunded to the same card within 30–45 days.

One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.

Parking is available for THB 100 per car, per night (paid to the staff at the service point).
