The guests require to check in at The Snug Airportel (a hotel within the same group) during our official check in time. In the event of a late arrival after 21:00, please notify us in advance directly via email or phone.
Customers checking in after 21:00 pm who have not yet paid for their accommodation will be required to settle the payment through a payment link or by credit card only. Please note that a 3% service fee will apply.
Every reservation must be paid through a provided payment link. If we do not receive payment or if you do not contact us by 14:00 pm and your provided contact number is not valid, we will assume that you do not plan to stay at our hotel. We reserve the right to fairly deny your reservation.
