If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the property directly, using the contact details on your booking confirmation.

If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the property prior to your arrival:

1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature

2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)

If the above conditions are not met, the property reserves the right to request new payment upon check-in.
