The Villa Miario was newly built in the first half of 2024. It is perfect for couples, young people and those young at heart.
The villa is located in a less touristy area. On the west coast not far from the 4 Seasons Hotel. You get to experience the life of the locals. In return you will be rewarded with the most beautiful sunset on the island. In the immediate vicinity there are great restaurants for every taste. Some of them are happy to serve the food directly to the villa where you can then enjoy the service in your intimate setting. The villa is centrally located and close to Nathon. The island can be easily explored from the villa. The house is located directly between the ring road and the beach. The location means you are private but not isolated. The house has a living space of 65 m2. The modern, high-quality furnishings invite you to linger. The 75 inch Smart TV and the fast internet give you plenty of variety even in rainy weather. The house has 1 air conditioning system. The sleeping area with the king-size bed faces directly onto the sea and promises a fantastic view when you wake up. A small kitchen offers everything you need to fulfill your own cooking wishes. The outdoor area is private and only visible from the sea side. The private pool is an eye-catcher and is located right on the beachfront. The approximately 50m1 long stretch of beach is rarely used. This means that a lot of privacy is guaranteed on the beach. You experience the natural spectacle of the ebb and flow every day. At night you can listen to the waves with the windows open and the large sliding insect screens closed. The owners Naluemon and Roman are always there for you and speak Thai, English, German and French. If you have any special requests, let the owners know and they will do everything possible to fulfill them.
