Directed personally by Saida, chef of Dar Antonia, the workshops are organized in small groups in order to guarantee each participant a personalized welcome and give the sessions the desired good humor.

The color palette derives from natural pigments that reflect the light of nature and landscapes. The decoration mixes historical elements with local craftsmanship.
