COSY Located in a safe and private neighbourhood within walking distance to the central business area and attractions and 3 minutes drive from the sea and about 20 minutes to lovely beaches. It has 2 entire guest houses. Each are similar with 2 rooms each. There is a bedroom for 2 and a working space. The guest house is ideal for a couple or professional. The second room is a workspace but can have an extra bed if requested for a fee. The varendah has a sitting area. The house opens up to an open floor plan with living area, dining table and kitchen where you can prepare meals. There is a shower and toilet with warm water. The property is fenced with free parking space. There is free wifi with excellent reception. Houses have air condition and wall fans for comfort. There is also a washing machine and options to hang clothes. Special requests are welcome.
