Property is a three story house. Ground floor is occupied by owner while second floor is available for rent. The property is currently a work in progress, and another two story house is still undergoing construction.
Samiuela Siulua Pua was born and raised in Tonga. The eldest of six brothers and sisters. Mr Pua graduated from NZ Maritime School with a Master's in Foreign Going Certificate of Competency. He married Winsom Lolohea Pua of Neiafu, Vavaú, Tonga.
Mr Pua is currently employed on a Container vessel, MV. Moana Chief. He is doing 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off rotation. While he is at Sea, his sister Lupeolo is looking after the property
Mr Pua expressed a lifelong desire to return to Tonga and contribute to the Kingdom's tourism industry and create employment for his family and fellow Tongans. Now he has made his desire a reality and present to you our 100% Tongan family owned guest house "The Lighthouse Studio Apartments."
Neighbours are friendly local families and walking distance to Nuku'alofa CBD, Royal palace, Royal Tomb, THS Indoor Stadium, Teufaiva Stadium , Tanoa International Hotel, Fangaùta Lagoon, Wharf and the Water front for swimming.
