Guests who do not present the above will be charged again and must pre-pay the full payment for their stay. The amount previously charged will be refunded to the credit card originally used. For reservations of more than 7 rooms, different policies and supplements may apply. According to the payment and cancellation conditions of your reservation, a prepayment deposit is required through the 3D secure system to secure your reservation. The property will contact your reservation to provide instructions. Unencrypted cards and American cards are not accepted for payments made at the entrance.
