Sanctuary Studios is a recently renovated homestay in Malabar Settlement, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the homestay's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. There is a seating area, a dining area and a kitchen complete with an oven, a microwave and a toaster. The accommodation is non-smoking. Buffet and continental breakfast options with warm dishes, local specialities and fresh pastries are available. There is a coffee shop, and packed lunches are also available. The homestay has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. Piarco Airport is 6 km from the property, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.

We offer you an oasis of peace surrounded by nature, for you to enjoy a truly serene experience .

We are interested in traveling, cultural experiences, walking and cycling tours
We are located in a quiet private residential neighborhood off the main road, within walking distance to restaurants, banking machines, and a major grocery.
You can also walk or take a taxi, to the bus-route which takes you into the capital Port of Spain.
We are located between two Plazas where you have access to local and international restaurant chains such as Starbucks, Subway, Pizza Boys, Rituals Coffee, as well as a variety of local restaurants that sell Halal menus, regular local dishes and the famous Indian Roti. All within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the property.
