Two Private Villas located along the shores of Chwaka Bay, each with spectacular views of the ocean. This incredible scenery, along with its own private pool & large deck is surrounded by a tropical lush garden and a shared walkway to the beach. The private Jetty extending into the ocean is shared by both villas and offer an ideal place to lounge or line fish during high tide. All rooms have an ensuite washroom, a private veranda, and a sea view allowing the African sunrise to be at arms reach! Please note, we are a TV-free property and would encourage or guests to spend time outdoors or just relaxing.
We are not a hotel or a resort, we are a self catering property with exclusive privacy. That being said, our manager is always at the property ready to assist you any time.
The neighborhood is a small village called Marumbi on the eastern coast of Zanzibar. Further up is a slightly bigger village called Uroa which gets more tourists therefore have hotels and restaurants. Marumbi is very much isolated and guests should expect that. Guests wanting to book this place should consider renting a car during their stay in Zanzibar as taxi's can turn out expensive. Stone Town is 35km away (45mins drive), Matemwe is 30km away (35mins drive) and Nungwi is 58km away (1 hour drive).
