We are in a quaint historic district that is very residential yet very walkable to all that downtown has to offer. .2 Miles to riverfront and city center. 1 mile to Live Oak Pavilion. Sidewalks line the streets for easy strolling and many of the surrounding homes have historic plaques to share their past. A ghost tour, a walking tour, and a carriage tour all pass our home daily!
