My first home. Owner of 5 years now. I bought this 4 bedroom home intended for renting the entire downstairs out. It's fully furnished now its come along way! I absolutely love having this shared rental that i can call home.
Shared unit, we’re always upstairs if you need anything. I live here with my cat and Lady, it is wonderful Hosting and having this shared rental this has become a passion of mine. Rarely do I need to interact or ever see my guest. It is almost like you have the place to yourself. Guest get the front door for entering and exiting the home. When a guest is booked i use my back door to give you more privacy. You and your loved ones stay downstairs, never experiencing any communication from me if only necessary. It’s like having your own place truly. I enjoy opening my home to good people and their children and pets traveling through.
I will always send a message through the booking app directly to you with all the instructions on how to enter the house a day before you arrive!!
** if you have a late (Last-Minute-Booking) after hours, and you do not receive a message from me Please come and ring the door bell! I will happily give you access.

Great Neighborhood. Easy to talk to neighbors. Most homes have Security cameras all around.
