We offer centrally located private bedrooms equipped with a bed for a family of up to 2 or 3 people, small fridge, microwave, Central AC, hot water and WIFI in Miami’s nationally recognized Little Havana neighborhood, known for its culturally- rich and colorful lifestyle. C3 Bedroom has its own private bathroom, attached to the room. The other two bedrooms shared a bathroom next door. Your bedroom is private with its key-lock on the door. Few blocks away from tourist zone on SW 8th St/Calle Ocho. Enjoy several experiences, such as restaurants, bars, theater, art galleries, dance places, grab a cafecito, and local Cuban/Latin culture. No kitchen, but you have a microwave and mini-fridge. We don't provide parking space and you must find your own free parking on the street, avoiding parking on neighbors' spaces or blocking driveways because your car might be towed at your own expense if you park on the wrong spot. House's Rules: WARNING! -Please show official document identification upon entering to my house. -Please be respectful. My home is family oriented. This is NOT a sex hotel. If you need one there are some along the SW 8th Street. Do not bring them here please - DO NOT throw doors - NO smoking, NO drugs, NO parties, etc. - DO NOT make loud noises during night. - NO pets. - NO visitors. Failure to comply will result in immediate end of your reservation without refunds. The exteriors and the main entrance of the house are monitored by security cameras.
