Step out onto your private balcony and watch beautiful sunsets on Choctawhatchee Bay, native birds, and other wildlife as you relax and unwind from your day's adventures. There's seating for four out there; inside, you'll find sufficient dining space for six as well as plenty of room to relax in the living area. Prepare your meals in the full kitchen, which comes equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Don't stress about dirty clothes: this property has an on-site laundry facility. In your condo, three cable TVs, a DVD player, and free WiFi set you up for a movie night or for catching up on your favorite shows. The central air-conditioning ensures everyone keeps their cool. This condo is in Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, which is home to four championship golf courses! Follow the path from your condo to the Baytowne Wharf Village, featuring more than 40 boutiques, eateries, galleries, nightclubs, and family-friendly activities that include zip-lining, outdoor festivals, fireworks shows, and winter ice skating. Bike riding, kayaking, fishing, a gym, a spa, golf, a treehouse, putt-putt, and tennis are all located in the resort as well. Discover plenty of shopping options at the Grand Boulevard complex next to the resort, where you can grab a movie or dine out. Of course, a day at the beach is always an option here - simply cross Highway 98 or ride the tram and you've practically arrived at the turquoise water and white sand beaches on the resort front. A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort.
